Bryn has experience working with adults of all ages in the substance use and mental health spaces, with a focus on young adults working on dual-diagnosis and personality disorders. Bryn is a trained in psychodrama and brings a unique experiential approach for his clients, alongside a mindfulness-focused style informed by DBT and CBT.
