Rachael Wagner

MS, LAPC
Counselor

Rachael is a therapist who holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. She provides both individual and group therapy to clients navigating substance use and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, mood disorders, and personality-related difficulties. Rachael has experience working with a diverse range of ages, with a particular focus on young adults.

She utilizes an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care to support clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, and healthier coping strategies. Rachael strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and building meaningful change.

Rachael has always been passionate about psychology and is deeply fascinated by the idea that each person experiences the world through their own unique perspective. She believes therapy is a collaborative process that honors each individual’s story, strengths, and capacity for growth.
